Tacos Al Pastor Featuring Adobo Loco

  • 2 lbs Pork Loin cut thin
  • 1 jar Adobo Rico
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • ½ C chopped cilantro
  • ½ C chopped onion
  • Lime cut into wedges

Marinade the pork in the Adobo Loco for 2 hours or overnight.  Grill the marinated pork and pineapple. Chop the meat and pineapple and combine. Serve on corn tortillas and top with the chopped cilantro, chopped onion, and Chile Crunch. Squeeze a little lime over the taco.
