Sometimes I don’t have the time to do a proper Stir-fry, so this is my quick version. I use any veggies I have on hand, including zucchini, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. This weekend I only had cabbage and carrots on hand so that is what I made.
- 1 Package instant Ramen noodles
- ¼ Onion thinly slices
- 1 Clove garlic chopped
- Cabbage shredded
- Carrots thinly cut
- Chile Crunch or Chile Crunch Oil
Cook noodle as directed on package. Sauté onion and garlic, add the veggies and continue cooking for about 3-5 minutes (I like them a little crunchy).
Add strained noodles, the package of seasoning and Chile Crunch or chile Crunch Oil to taste.
