Quick Stir Fry (with Chili Crunch :-)

Quick Stir-fry

Sometimes I don’t have the time to do a proper Stir-fry, so this is my quick version. I use any veggies I have on hand, including zucchini, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. This weekend I only had cabbage and carrots on hand so that is what I made.


  • 1 Package instant Ramen noodles
  • ¼ Onion thinly slices
  • 1 Clove garlic chopped
  • Cabbage shredded
  • Carrots thinly cut
  • Chile Crunch or Chile Crunch Oil


Cook noodle as directed on package. Sauté onion and garlic, add the veggies and continue cooking for about 3-5 minutes (I like them a little crunchy).

Add strained noodles, the package of seasoning and Chile Crunch or chile Crunch Oil to taste.
