Cooking with the Family… The Chile Crunch Way

What’s the best thing about Chile Crunch you ask? It can go on absolutely everything! It’s complimenting crunch and spicy garlic flavor make any dish satisfyingly better. If you have kiddos in the house that like a little spice, introduce them to this condiment! One of our favorite comfort foods happens to be Mac n’ Cheese, and every kid we know loves it too!

Now every family has their own recipe for Mac n’ Cheese, but if you want to try something new, below you will find our recipe for Chile Mac n’ Cheese Crunch. It is gooey, cheesy, and crunchy! Kids will love not only making this dish but eating it too!

We love making this dish on a weekend when we are in our comfy house clothes relaxing with our families. It is fun and easy, and the entire family will enjoy it! Read on our fellow foodies for our go-to comfort food!


Cheesy Macaroni Crunch

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4


  • 4 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Pepper Jack Cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Chile Crunch


Fill large pot ¾ full with water. Add 1 tsp salt to pot and bring to boil. Add macaroni noodles and boil for 9-11 minutes, or until it’s reached desired consistency. Drain water and return noodles to pot. Add butter to pot and let melt. Add the rest of the salt, pepper, milk, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese. Stir frequently on medium heat until all cheese is melted. Remove from heat and serve with parmesan cheese and Chile Crunch on top.

Change it Up: Substitute the butter, milk, and cheese with your favorite dairy-free option along with gluten-free noodles and enjoy some delicious pasta!
